Subcontractor says it's owed money for painting work at Florida's TIAA Bank Field: Arenas, Parks and Stadiums Solutions Inc., a subcontractor working on TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida recently filed a collections action against the prime contractor and the two bond companies responsible for the project. The subcontractor was paid over $283,000 of the $350,000 project, but claim the balance remains unpaid. Further, due to changes requested, they did almost double the amount of work and invoices for that work remains unpaid as well.

TransCanada's Keystone XL oil pipeline sees new court setback, may delay Q2 2019 construction start: A Montana US District Court Judge delayed pipeline construction by ordering a new review of the project based on a case brought by the Indigenous Environmental Network regarding the alternate pipeline route. Conducting this report will again delay construction but will not vacate the presidential permit.

Construction pause gives momentum to Atlantic Coast Pipeline legal challenges: The Atlantic Coast Pipeline project faces challenges from opponents representing various conservation groups. They argue that the additional gas transported by the pipeline is unneeded. Construction and potential re-routing of the pipeline was halted recently as the Federal Energy Regulatory Committee rejected previously approved construction certificates.
